To be qualified as a Certified Tax Law Specialist, the California State Bar requires passing a rigorous written examination on technical tax law, at least 5 years of practice in a broad range of taxation issues including individual, corporate, partnership, limited liabilities companies, and estates and trusts , and that other tax attorneys, Certified Public Accountants, and tax professionals have vouched that this person is competent in taxation law. Earned a Masters in taxation at the University of San Diego- School of Law after completing University of San Diego School of law Juris Doctorate and an undergraduate Accounting Degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
